It is with sadness and gratitude that I say the Wild Indigo Cafe you have all loved these last 2 years will not be returning. It has been such an honor serving a fusion of Indian and American and I’m so grateful for all of the encouragement I received from so many of you and all of the sweet comments about the food we have received. We were able to stay around a 4.8 rating on all platforms during the time we were open. I am so grateful. I learned A LOT and worked SO HARD! Building a home, pregnancy, building and starting a new business, having a new baby. It’s been a whirlwind of a lifetime. I will be announcing soon my next project that I’m really excited about, but wanted to express all my love and gratitude for the support Wild Indigo Cafe received. Thank you! 🙏🏼💕✨

Wow!! We officially closed out our second season. Huge thank you to my staff this year. It was a rotating cast to get us to through the season. I appreciate all of you so much and couldn’t have done it without all of you. I also want to thank all those who came to find yourself a Wild Indigo this season and tried our food or returned again this season. It means the world to me that you dined at our little gem in the middle of nowhere. We’ve got more ideas for next season so be on the lookout for updates and opening dates. Now it’s time to scrub this baby and put her to bed.

New Special! Tomatillo Stew 3 ways. 1. VEGAN - tomatillo & lentil stew with fried “wild style”tortilla strips. 2. VEGETARIAN - same as above topped with Fennel Yogurt 3. MEATY - add our delicious pulled pork. Open until 1pm daily until December 2nd. ✨

The sunrises here at Wild Indigo Cafe are pretty epic. Come check us out before the end of our 2024 season. Our last day of service will be on December 1st.

If you’ve come to visit us, you would know we LOVE Marigolds! Lacy has been seed bombing the areas around the truck this season and we have these absolutely gorgeous red ones popping up. They must be a hybrid of some kind because we’ve never seen these before. What is your favorite flower? 🌸

Have you tried our Dosadilla yet? It’s our version of a breakfast quesadilla it’s just served in a Dosa. Gluten free and Dairy free the Dosa is a fun breakfast. Pair it with an iced Chai and you’ve got a breakfast ready to take on the day.
