✨ A magical night in the Basque Country! ❤️

Tonight, we’re staying in a beautiful 1725 farmhouse nestled in the mountains of the Basque Country, and what an unforgettable experience it has been! 🏡⛰️

This incredible farmhouse is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the food was, without a doubt, the BEST food we have ever had! 🤤🍽️ Every bite was an experience, and the setting made it even more special.

There’s something truly magical about being here — surrounded by the mountains, experiencing the incredible Basque cuisine, and making memories together while visiting Javier’s family and the place that means so much to him. ❤️

This trip is reminding us just how special food, family, and travel can be. We’re soaking up every moment of this beautiful adventure!

The Basque Country, you have our hearts! ❤️

We’re off to the beautiful Basque Country for a whole week of adventure, incredible food, breathtaking scenery, and, most importantly, spending precious time with Javier’s family. 🥹❤️🇪🇸

We can’t wait to explore the charming towns, enjoy delicious pintxos, soak in the coastal views, experience the rich Basque culture, and make beautiful memories with family along the way. There’s something so special about traveling to the place your loved ones call home and getting to experience a little more of their world. 🏡✨

Fall is in full swing, and I've been busy in the kitchen getting ready for you guys! If you're craving some creamy, caramelized, gluten-free Basque cheesecake this week, here is where you can find me:
​Tuesday (9 AM – 2 PM): Kick things off with me at the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market.
​Wednesday (6 PM – 10 PM): Catch me at the St. Pete Night Market over at Ferg's.
​Thursday (5 PM – 9 PM): I'll be pouring and slicing at Maker's and Shaker's Market at St. Pete Distillery.
​Saturday & Sunday (10 AM – 3 PM): Wrap up the weekend with me out at Harvest Days at Keel Farms in Plant City.
