Buffalo Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau The Buffalo Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau is a collection of women that continue to serve as examples of sorority women post collegiate graduation.

Since our organization's founding in 1899, we have prided ourselves on continually promoting the ethical, cultural, social, and professional growth of our members – even during times of more limited opportunities for women. Our alumnae chapter offers an opportunity to stay connected to a world full of sisters ready and willing to lend a hand, the chance to make new friends and establish a close ne

twork of sisters, membership with the umbrella organization of 26 intern-national women's organizations and an opportunity to participate in local Alumnae Panhellenic Associations, and the opportunity to develop leadership skills through volunteer roles. If you are a collegian in Erie County, New York who is graduating and would like to stay connected and involved, please contact us to remain active in the sisterhood.

Happy 126th Founder’s Day Alpha Sigma Tau! This founder’s day is extra special as this is the Buffalo Alumnae Chapter’s 100 year celebration!

We gathered at the Foundry in Buffalo where we reminisced on memories throughout the years and opened the time capsule from the chapter’s 75th anniversary celebration. Additionally, sisters brought items for a time capsule that will be opened in 2050.

It goes without saying how special and exceptional the ladies of the Buffalo Alumnae Chapter are and the bonds of sisterhood that have lasted us 100 years. We are so thankful for Alpha Sigma Tau and how it has shaped our lives today
