It’s always sunny ☀️ at the Lobstah Shack! Ok, maybe not but I am always open, even on Sundays. And I do have a few extra lobsters here at $12.95 per pound.

Happy Halloween!! 🎃 No tricks at the Lobstah Shack, just treats!! 🦞🦀 And it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!!

I made these 4 sandwiches with 1 lobster and 1 crab! These sandwiches would cost nearly $100 anywhere else, even In Maine, but were less than $25 with my live lobsters and crabs!

And it only took me 20 minutes total time. It’s so easy a caveman can do it 😁🦞🦀🇺🇸🏴‍☠️🍻🤩💰💰💰.

Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Ted Cruz has committed to advancing the Northeast Lobsterman Protection Act when the Senate returns in November. The bipartisan legislation, introduced by Representatives Jared Golden (D-ME) and Mike Lawler (R-NY), passed the House on September 1. The bill would extend the current pause on new federal right whale regulations through 2035.

In 2022, Senator Collins led efforts with Maine's congressional delegation, Maine DMR, MLA, and other industry groups to secure the historic six-year regulatory pause.

Since then, Senator Collins has secured more than $80 million for North Atlantic right whale research and monitoring. Continuing this work is critical to build a stronger scientific foundation if future federal regulations are warranted.

MLA will continue to pursue all options to hold NMFS accountable to the federal court ruling MLA won in 2023. The court rejected NMFS's reliance on worst-case assumptions and found its legal reasoning to be "egregiously wrong." MLA demands a new assessment of the lobster fishery's impact on right whales that complies with the law and relies on the best available science—not risk estimates inflated by unsupported assumptions about undocumented whale deaths.

Well, I heard the song Reminiscing by the Little River Band on the radio today so now you all have to suffer through some photos as I take a walk down memory lane. 😂

For those of you that are new to my business, this may explain a few things! 🤪. I moved into our off grid cabin In Maine in 1990 and spent 20 years hauling lobster traps and surviving the elements throughout the winter. I wouldn’t change it for the world and I dream about it weekly.

I made some lifelong friends and I had the best neighbors anyone could ask for and I cherish every memory and the friends I still have there.

I wish I had a big bus so I could take you all on tours of the great state of Maine and the Midcoast region to meet these folks and go out on the ocean with me. Maybe someday we can ……There’s no place like it. 🦞❤️🇺🇸🏴‍☠️🌲 🫎 🦟

In 2009 I was only getting paid $1.50 a pound for my catch, so I built the Lobstah Shack and have been bringing lobsters here ever since. I wouldn’t trade that for the world either! Peace, Love and Lobstah! 🦞❤️🇺🇸

Hello everyone! As I’ve mentioned before, fresh lobsters are vicious cannibals and every morning I typically have to throw out a couple that have been chewed to pieces but yesterday I decided to take one fishing with me and use it for bait.

The fishing was pretty slow so I put on a hunk of lobster meat and a few minutes later my fishing pole got yanked overboard. Amazingly, I had two lines out, and I ended up catching my lost fishing pole, but the fish got away. It must’ve been a monster!

Weather looks spectacular all week and I will be bringing in a fresh caught load of Maine lobsters on Thursday! Also, I still have a few oysters, clams, mussels, and crabs available! 207-751-9151. 😁🦞🦀☀️🇺🇸🏴‍☠️
