We had the pleasure of hosting a private 40th birthday celebration this weekend, and what a special evening it was! Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a memorable milestone. 🧡

One of our favorite things about private events is the opportunity to step outside our everyday menu and create something unique for our guests. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, retirement, or family gathering, we love helping bring people together around great food and great company.

We may not have a Father's Day special on the menu today, but we do have a very special father behind it.

Many of you know him as the chef behind the dishes at The Copper Plate, but before the early mornings, long days in the kitchen, and creating meals for our community, he's a dad to two wonderful boys.

Running a restaurant is demanding, and we're grateful for the sacrifices he makes so that we can share The Copper Plate with all of you. Today, we're taking a moment to celebrate the father, husband, chef, and friend that so many of us are lucky to know.

To all of the dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and mentors in our community, we wish you a wonderful Father's Day filled with family, laughter, and great memories.

The Copper Plate will be closed on Friday, June 26 as our team will be providing catering for a special event.

We're grateful for the opportunity to serve our community both in the restaurant and beyond! We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We'll be back to our regular hours on Saturday, June 27 (7am-2pm), ready to serve your favorite breakfast and lunch dishes.

We would love to add something above the frames to shout-out Butte (like "I ❤️ Butte") and if there are any local vendors who make this kind of signage, would love any recommendations.

Good news -- starting in JUNE we’re now open on TUESDAYS all summer long! ☀️

The Copper Plate will be serving breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday from 7am–2pm. *Beginning June 2nd*

Whether you’re stopping in for your favorite breakfast, meeting friends for lunch, or picking up something to go, we’re excited to offer one more day to join us each week.

We appreciate all of the support and look forward to spending the summer with you!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate with family and loved ones today. We’re so grateful to be part of your special moments and traditions.

A huge thank you to our incredible team as well — from the kitchen to the dining room — for all of the hard work, preparation, and heart that went into today’s buffet. Days like today take a true team effort, and we couldn’t have done it without them.

From the very beginning of The Copper Plate, Mollee has been part of our story. ❤️

We’ve had the privilege of watching her balance school while continuing to show up for our team and guests. There were days when she was the only server on the floor and an unexpected rush would walk through the door. She never let us see her sweat!

We’re excited to watch her begin her next chapter and continue her education as a Griz!

Mollee, thank you for growing with us since the day we first opened our doors. We are lucky to get to have you on our team. Congratulations and best of luck on this next adventure!
