Big Fitz BBQ pulled up with smoke… and left with pride. 🔥

What a night for the Old Washington Community Fire Department. Packed house. Fantastic Music. Full plates. Full hearts.

And when a few small setbacks tried to test the night?
People stepped up. Adjusted. Locked in. Made it happen.

That’s what real community looks like.

These men and women don’t hesitate when the tones drop. They run toward it. And last night, Guernsey County ran right back toward them.

Proud to cook it.
Proud to stand behind their mission as they move closer and closer to finishing a brand new fire station.

And that station won’t just be brick and mortar — it’ll be protection, pride, and inspiration for generations to come.

Y’all have truly kept us BUSY — and we couldn’t be more thankful. ❤️🔥

Because of the amazing support from this community and a full schedule of catering events, Big Fitz BBQ Meal Prep will be on hold for a couple weeks. We plan to resume late February / early March.

Getting to serve so many families, teams, parties, and events means everything to us. What started small has grown because of YOU — and we don’t take that for granted for a second.

While meal prep takes a short break, we’re still booking Spring & Summer 2026 catering events.
