1st Reusing/ recycling all the waste from coffee cherry.
2nd Worm compost; thanks to the weather conditions, worm are producing compost all year around.

The Dakota coffee beans and whatnot originate from here.

They are cultivated at high altitudes in cloud forest areas between 5,500 and 5,800 ft AMSL, typically grown alongside plantain trees and a wide variety of other fruit trees.
