We are open 11-7 on the Bangor Waterfront today! We will be closed tomorrow for our side hustle. TBA for Saturday as it’s supposed to rain cats and dogs.

I have the desserts!
Mini pb cheesecake. I was asked how I get it so light and fluffy, especially with so much peanut butter. My response, I treat the batter like Devo treats a problem.

Orange creamsicle cheesecake slices.

Oatmeal cream pies, way better than those ones you find in the store made by Debbie.

And the classic Maine whoopie pies!

Jess here and let me tell you all, I’ve been a busy gal! I have restocked the case with all things sweet! And if you notice the guide lines for the cheese cake slices, well, apparently Wilton and I do not agree on the recommended size a cheesecake slice should be. Ignore the lines, enjoy the cheesecake!
There are individual peanut butter cheesecakes and orange creamsicle cheesecake slices, and whoopie pies.
Tomorrow home made oatmeal cream pies, Little Debbie who? I said what I said.

Still have our two specials, blueberry Brie grilled cheese and the SCK Rib! Come on down to pre-game for your cookouts tomorrow.

We are at Maine Forest and Logging Museum today!

Advice to fellow food trucks, if you’re going rural, bring bug spray! (The one time I’m glad I didn’t fully clean out the pickup.)

Ok so, you all need to get over to The Thai Lotus for one of those smoothies! I mean look at it, it is a thing of delicious beauty! Thank you for the gift friends, it hit the spot!

Also, we got some feed back on our two specials today and have been told they’d order again, so come on down, the weather is top notch, and you’re taste buds are craving something new!
(The SCK Rib and Blueberry Brie grilled cheese are the specials.)

Open now at the Bangor Waterfront and on DoorDash!

We have the top tier grilled cheese, Blueberry, Brie, sourdough, balsamic glaze. Enough said.

Also, we are trying out the SCK Rib, think of that limited fast food sandwich but tastier and no fillers. They are good, you’re going to want to get in on this.

The faces that make this whole shebang run. I’m Jess, owner and chef at Salt & Cedar with two of my kiddos. We started the season biting off a little more than we can chew, the kids are a huge help and still finishing up their school year. So with that, we have made the decision to be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11-7 & Sunday 11-4, until summer vacation starts and then we will reassess hours and availability.
So also, with that being said, I will be closing at 4:30 on Thursday to make it to a ceremony for my freshman. Thank you all for understanding!

Good evening Bangor! Thank you for today, the kiddos and I are going to sleep fabulously tonight thanks to all of you for keeping us super busy! With that being said, we are going to shut down at 5:15 (weird time I know) so we can restock, clean, prep, and probably pass out before 7 p.m.
