🍪 Cookie Spotlight: Triple Chocolate Chip 🍪

This is the cookie I’m known for.

Made with rich brown butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and chunks of semi-sweet chocolate, every bite is loaded with melty chocolate and deep caramelized flavor. A sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top balances the sweetness and brings everything together.

It’s soft, gooey, rich, and unapologetically chocolatey.

I’ve had friends tell me that if I don’t bring these cookies to a party, I might as well not bother showing up. 😆

It was a fantastic first week at the Carolina Farm School & Market , and we're just getting started!

My fellow vendors and I are already preparing for an even better second week, and here at Orion's Harvest, we've got a lot to look forward to. Fresh microgreen crops are nearly ready for harvest, new packaging and labels are on the way, and of course, those new flavors we've been teasing are almost ready to launch!

My Birthday Cake Cookie tastes like walking into a celebration before the cake is even cut—bright, fun, and instantly nostalgic.

Made with a soft cream cheese vanilla sugar cookie base, this cookie bakes up tender in the center with lightly golden edges. I fold in colorful sprinkles and white chocolate chips for that classic birthday cake flavor in cookie form.
