the only thing we really missed was the Italian cooking. So we got our trunkful of recipes out, found two stone
ovens and set up shop—Mama, Pop, brother and sisters. And they kept coming back—
for lunch, too. They all told us, "This N

We said, "uh…New York." Customers became friends and started asking us for
"authentic" pasta and subs and cannolis. Well, we have
recipes for those, too, so the menu’s grown along with
the family. We’ve added wings and wraps and things
