After a lot of planning, we figured out how to make it happen.

🔥 Welcome to the **Chef’s Steak Experience.**

Here’s how it works:

🥩 **Step 1:** Grab a table in our Wine Bar.

🥩 **Step 2:** Your server will invite you to the butcher case, where you’ll hand-pick YOUR steak. Talk with our butcher about the different cuts, marbling, thickness, and even the best way to prepare it.

🥩 **Step 3:** Our chefs cook your steak exactly the way you want it, pair it with your choice of side, house butter, and sauce, then serve it right to your table.

🥩 **Step 4:** Here’s the part everyone loves...

You pay **the exact same retail price** for the steak as if you were taking it home.

The only extra charge is a **flat $15 Chef’s Preparation Fee**, which includes:
