Sky Mountain Coffee is a fast paced and fun coffee bar seeking a high energy team player who can provide outstanding customer service through excellent product knowledge and superior barista skills.
We are looking for part-time help in our Mooresville location near Lake Norman. It is located in the Lowe’s Home Improvement corporate campus.
We're looking for a candidate who can help us continue to grow across the Carolinas and beyond. Coffee experience is not essential but a can-do and trainable attitude is.
Responsibilities:
All baristas will learn to prepare our full menu of coffee & tea drinks in addition to maintaining a knowledge of our coffees we roast in house. We're open 5 days a week, 7am - 4pm. We prefer open availability on weekdays but will make room for the right person. Shifts can range from 5-8 hours.
Above everything else we seek to maintain the highest standards of customer service with every hire. Many of our guests are also our neighbors and we want everyone on our team to understand the care that goes into maintaining these relationships.
Education and/or Experience:
-Prior fast casual or full service restaurant experience preferred
-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
-Manual Espresso coffee experience preferred
