I’ve always loved Tuesdays—but today feels especially meaningful. It’s one of those moments where you’re closing a chapter while stepping boldly into the next. There’s excitement… and a little melancholy too.
My time in Peru gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed—clarity, peace, and the space to step back into the light with intention. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has shown patience and grace while I’ve been mostly offline, focused on rebuilding a healthier life, finding balance, and realigning with purpose.
2025 has truly been one of the most interesting and transformative journeys of my life.
I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead for Chef FLii and the Flight Crew, and equally excited for what’s next for me personally. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and for recommending us as we grow.
