This past Friday, High Expectationz Catering & Private Chef had the pleasure of providing a beautiful birthday dinner experience for a very special 60th birthday celebration! 🎉

From the gorgeous setting to the carefully prepared menu, our goal was to create an unforgettable evening filled with great food, beautiful presentation, and exceptional service.

Happy 35th Birthday to my client! 🥂 It was such a pleasure being a part of another beautiful celebration for this family. Being welcomed back for another special moment means so much to me.

And this setup?! 😍 I can’t take credit for the beautiful décor — it was already gorgeous when I arrived! But the food? That was ALL High Expectationz. 👩🏾‍🍳✨

An intimate private dining experience featuring lobster bisque, fried goat cheese salad, glazed salmon, whipped sweet potatoes, brown butter cornbread muffins & carrot cake. 🤎
