Named in honor of the Gilligan family legacy, this new cocktail puts a smooth twist on a timeless classic. Old Forester 86 bourbon is balanced with honey simple syrup, orange bitters, and cocoa bitters for a rich, subtly sweet sip with notes of citrus and chocolate.

Did you know we have another nitro beer in addition to our exceptional Stout? Our Irish-style Red Ale is available on traditional draft and nitro!! Ruby red with a white head, this Irish-style red ale is loaded with caramel and biscuit malt notes, with just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness and aid the dry finish. Infusing it with nitrogen gives it a soft, creamy mouthfeel that you must try! Available on Happy Hour for $2 off Mondays through Fridays 3pm – 6pm.

Inspired by Cincinnati’s rich Irish and German brewing heritage, GIL blends the malt backbone of a classic Irish Red Ale with German lager yeast and a mix of traditional Irish and German hops.
