💔🎂Goodbye for now, but not forever🎂💔
My heart is so grateful for your understanding, patience, and unwavering support as I navigate this unexpected journey. I am forced to take a short hiatus, but I assure you, this is a break, not a break-up.

While I won't be taking new orders for a bit, I am dedicated to finishing the ones I have already booked, with love. (The contractors will be accommodating my cake calendar to the best of their ability, but we really need to get the repairs done as soon as possible, so I need to allow them to do their work when they require) My plan is to return mid-to-late September, refreshed and ready to create more sweet memories for you.

Think of this as a brief interval in our delicious story. Thank you for being part of the Southside sweet community. I can't wait to be back and sweeten your day again soon! 💕🍰

The demolition of my home's interior has begun. Shout out to Independent Restoration Services - Raleigh for their fast, thoughtful and caring services, professional attitude, etc. Another Shout out to Rushin Plumbing who made the FAST emergency pipe repair, and recommended the awesome remediation team. Although this is a giant pain in the rear and just not what we had planned for our summer😭😭 we feel like we are in good hands. And thank you to NC Farm Bureau for being cooperative. Here we go.... wish us luck.

A pipe burst in my house while I was on vacation and now the whole place has to be torn apart to remediate water damage....most of the floors, a few rooms of dry wall, ruined furniture, household fixtures, and personal belongings. Please send good vibes, prayers, whatever is best. I deeply apologize to clients whose orders are canceled.
