📅 Pre-orders are now being accepted for Father’s Day weekend. Pre-orders end Monday 6/15 at 8pm.
📍 Pickup available Saturday and Sunday mornings of Father’s Day weekend 6/20 & 6/21.

Knead Some Sugar is officially a licensed cottage bakery! 🧁🍪🍞

This is an exciting milestone, and I couldn’t have gotten here without the support of every customer, friend, family member, and follower who has cheered me on along the way. Thank you for believing in my little bakery dream and helping it grow.

This is just the beginning! Keep an eye on our page this week because there are some exciting announcements, updates, and changes coming your way. I can’t wait to share what’s next for Knead Some Sugar!

Thank you all so much for supporting our Mother’s Day menu this year! Every order, share, comment, and kind word means more to our little bakery than you know. We love being a small part of your celebrations and helping make your days a little sweeter 💐

We’re going to take a short break to restock, reset, and clean up the kitchen but don’t worry — we’ll be back soon with a fun Father’s Day menu that we can’t wait to share! Be on the lookout for that 👀

Tips for making bakery style muffins:

🧁 Space muffins out in the pan by filling every other spot. This gives the muffins room to expand and grow without being on top of their neighbor.

🧁 Fill muffin tins to the top. This allows the muffins to rise above the edge of the liner instead of just expanding outward.

🧁 Start the baking process off at the higher heat (425°), this causes a rapid rise while lowering the temperature after ensures the muffins cook through without burning.

🧁 Ingredients make a difference. Frozen wild blueberries work better. They are smaller providing better distribution in the batter creating a more intense flavor in every bite.

🧁 Always say yes to cream cheese filling! Ok this is specific to bakery style muffins but you won’t regret it!
