Decided to cook a brisket on our tiny pit... not a bad idea at all!! Added a touch of fresh rosemary to it and omg , was it ever so good!! Made some slices for this weekend and make some chopped beef sandwiches for next weekend for the kids and grandkids and a baseball tournament. Gotta get back in touch with our smoking thumb!!
