🔑 HIRING KEY POSITIONS:
🧠 General Manager – Own the day-to-day, lead operations, and keep the whole machine running.
👨🏾🍳 Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager – Lead the kitchen, create magic, manage prep, plates, and people.
🍽️ Front of House Manager – Train servers, set the vibe, and run the dining room with excellence.
🍹 Bar Manager – Craft the cocktail experience and manage inventory, staff, and drink service.
🎉 Events & Catering Coordinator – Plan, book, and execute high-level private dinners and large-scale events.
📲 Marketing & Brand Manager – Grow the brand, boost social, and connect us to the city and beyond.
💼 Finance/Admin Officer – Handle the back-end: payroll, vendor payments, taxes, and helping scale smart.
