I am resting the food truck while I get to stage Dracula, the ballet, on BalletMet. I was in for spiking at the Davidson Theater downtown this morning. Such an exciting part of the production. Dracula opens this Friday evening 10/25 and runs through Saturday 11/2. Hope you have your tickets already, they are going fast. ✌🏾❤️

Having just visited Cape Town South Africa, I am serving Peri Peri Chicken Tikka Skewers over Basmati Rice with a side of Onion Sambal. Hope to see you there!! ✌🏾❤️
