Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of catering for 100 women attending the Woven Gathering. Dinner, dessert and a beautiful view at T&H Farms. Woven Ministries has been our main supporter and I cannot thank Whitney Scarborough and her amazing crew enough.

My Crew is my life line and Salt of the Earth Catering would not be here without out them and they're tireless efforts to help me make my catering dreams come true. We didn't get a fresh picture of me & my crew in action, but hey, we were busy feeding 100 beautiful women. So, I posted an older picture in appreciation of them, and their beautiful faces. Extra props to Isabel Cardenas who is 8 months pregnant but still slaying in the kitchen💗

We had the pleasure of catering a high tea for the La Grange Leopardette drill team banquet today. Thank you Jenifer Hill for thinking of us. Everything was beautiful.

Isabel & Jose's rehearsal dinner was a success. The menu they chose was roasted pork tenderloin with raspberry chipotle glaze, garlic mashed potatoes, garden salad with peppercorn ranch or zesty Italian dressings, red salsa, ciabatta bread, yeast rolls, (both breads made by the bride) and Texas sheet cake with pecans (made by grandma, Jan Robertson). We served 40+ and had plenty for leftovers to be taken home by everyone. We're so excited to celebrate these two at their wedding on Sunday 💕

I'm thankful for lifelong friends that are also clients. I'm grateful for mid-week brunch. I'm blessed to be able to do what I love and still enjoy my family and my full-time job.

I had the pleasure of making 170 cake cups (56 vanilla with almond buttercream and pearl sprinkles, 57 red velvet with cream cheese buttercream and semisweet chocolate chips and 58 chocolate with chocolate buttercream and chocolate shavings) for Woven's Ministry Benefit tonight and I am so thankful that they chose us. Woven is a blessing for so many women and is always a blessing to us.

Hey y'all!!!! I've got four 24oz containers of curry chicken salad left from our catering job. Let me know if you're interested and I'll have them with me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, at my week day job, Zatopek's Pediatric Dentistry, for quick pick-up. $10 each. First come, first serve.

Ingredients: Roasted chicken breast, celery, golden raisins, roasted cashews, mayo, curry, seasonings, garlic, parsley and butter. Yeah, it's good!!!!!
