“ My Apple Jam “

Limited edition jam made with apples, grown in our yard. 😊🍎
With the addition of the cranberries, this jam becomes even more special.
Given the fact that that apple tree is only two years old, I think this is a pretty big accomplishment.
The truth is the birds are eating their share of both our blackberries and our apples, but that’s OK with us. 😉

Do some of you want a sweet pickle made with a sugar alternative?

We have finalized the first test batch of a sweet pickle made with Stevia. It is possible that this pickle will become a part of our regular production lineup, pending future assessments. The brine tastes wonderful .
