💥 RICHFIELD SPRINGS - We got dinner covered tomorrow. Forecast looks lousy for Wednesday, so just to be sure we stay true to our "local plan" this year, we're going to open tomorrow (Sunday) at 164 Main St at SKYE Financial (best financial services around!).

If Wednesday turns out nice, well maybe you'll see us again 🤷

5:30 at the latest, maybe earlier... We'll let you know.

🍒🍒 CHERRY VALLEY... You're up! We'll be in town in the NBT parking lot Friday night at 5:30. We've missed you, sorry it's been a minute (it takes a lot to move your business without skipping a beat or two), but even if you don't order or have other dinner plans, please stop by and say Hello!!! West Winfield... We're coming back! So you in next Thursday?! It's super exciting when we get to feed new faces, and we were not let down. Let's keep it going... No chemicals, the best rolls, pound for pound... We're cheaper and MUCH better for you than McDonald's. We appreciate you all ❤️

**If last night was any indication, we likely will not be able to feed everybody. Please be patient, and understand every sandwich is made to order, with each taking 5-7 minutes (Cuban takes at least 10)... and although there may be nobody in line, we almost always have a full ticket bar, and we're just 2 people... we will NOT lower our expectations of your dinner because we're busy. We're the slowest food truck in the biz.... when you eat, hopefully you'll understand why. If we don't get to you, don't worry... if we do well, we'll be back over and over again. Ordering for a later time is a smart decision, and we HIGHLY encourage to use the online ordering to secure your order. Ordering at the window is a "shot in the dark" sometimes, but we'll do our very best!

We're a family business (custom billboard from 8yr old Kenny) aka "the reasonin' behind the seasonin' or Phat Jr."... Also the reason I left cushy IT jobs and 20+ years in fine dining. To raise my son since 6 weeks old. I'm a VERY lucky man!

We have 4 boys total on Team Phat Backs, and this is the kid's future jobs in high school, their lessons in finance, inheritance, education and most importantly... The wisdom of "Good things come to those whom work the hardest "

Your tips pay the oldest to watch his two younger siblings and is soo important to us making this work... And this 8yr old sits at home with Mom the teacher and cheers for Phat Backs, watching Dad smoke meat until... Well, it's 3:15am...still going...
