Rolling Stone Pizza Italy meets Oregon! Mobile, wood-fired, natural pizza. Pizza made the best possible way, with no man-made anything (ie GMO's, pesticides, etc).

Stubbornly local pizza. We can go anywhere our pizza trailer will go. We generally purvey pizza all over the Willamette Valley. Farmers markets, catering, festivals, everywhere!

Total Doughmanation at Ninkasi tonight! Come support Slow Food Eugene and eat beautiful food. The pizza of the night is one with christmas sauce (red sauce and basil pesto) spinach, red bell peppers, oven roasted garlic, goat'zarella and fresh basil. And dough made with Total Domination. 90% of the ingredients are from the Willamette Valley. No Gmo's and it tastes as beautiful as the ingredients.
