July is Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, but at Steel Magnolia Doula Services, we know that grief doesn’t follow a calendar. ❤️

We support parents who have experienced every type of pregnancy and child loss all year long through one-on-one support and our pregnancy and child loss community group.

When I say we have built a beautiful village at Steel Magnolia Doula Services…

I mean we have a BEAUTIFUL village. ❤️

This is exactly what having a village is supposed to look like.

A mom needed baby clothes, and someone saw her need. I commented and invited her to come to our Giving Corner. As we talked through some of the barriers she was facing, another member of our village and reached out to me, offering to come help me and the mom!

As much as I try to help everyone there’s just one of me (Kailee) and that’s why I was intentional about building a village!

No judgment. No hesitation. Just people showing up for each other.

This is why the Giving Corner exists. This is why we offer group classes. This is why our groups exist. This is why we continue building connections because parenthood was NEVER meant to be done alone.

Thank you to everyone who continues to pour into this village. Every donation, every kind word, every shared resource, and every act of compassion makes a difference.

Part of our village is moving to a new chapter! ❤️

I have a bittersweet announcement for Wildfiber Studio 🫶🏼

This Fall my husband and I are moving out of Craig to begin our next chapter 🪴

I am slowly cutting down with my wonderful business/hobby. I will post from time to time what im working on. I am not taking any new custom orders at this time. With this being a transitional phase Im taking a break for a while🫶🏼

Thank you to our friend, mom, and an important part of our village, Elizabeth, for offering her driveway for the yard sale and joining in on the fun!

We had such a great time that we’ve decided to make this a yearly event for our Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Parenthood group!

We have had several people reach out lately and ask if I’m willing to travel to Meeker, and the answer is YES!!❤️ ( We have been for YEARS now!!)

We offer all of our services to families in Meeker! We have supported families through births, infant feeding, postpartum care, and bereavement support.

We have even brought our community groups to Meeker, creating spaces for families to connect, learn, and be apart of our village!

We also offer Childbirth Education, Infant Feeding, and Newborn Care classes in both group and private formats. Whether you’re looking for a classroom setting or a more personalized experience in your own home, we can help!
