Massive SHOUT OUT!

It takes a village to run a household or a business. We rely on our local businesses to keep the doors open. In the last week we’ve had the trifecta of equipment go down from one of our three AC units, to our espresso machine, to our ovens. 😢😭 Brutal!

We persevered and leaned into our local community of partners that have now become friends. We thank all of our “support team” for keeping us laughing and open! From Steve at Table & Vine consulting, to Paula and Marshall (TP), to Bernie at Lolo’s Natural Farm & Pet, to All Purpose Plumbing LLC., to Nathan at Holy Waters Pressure Washing, to Chris , to Branden and Benjamin , to Pedro at High Mountain Bread, to Moe at Mountain Mama’s Coffee, to Madison and Randy at Dahlonega Print and Frame LLC. Plus a huge shout out to our team for problem-solving and keeping their good humor throughout every next hurdle. Our mantra…it always works out.

Call it growing pains, next chapter, or meeting customer demand. We’re super excited to announce we’ve got a “new baby.”

Introducing Rafa, our new three head La Marzocco espresso machine. The name might change but right now it fits him. We might just call him The Big Sexy!

We love seeing you all, but on busy days we’re not happy about how long you may have to wait in line to get your favorite latte. Our growing business has made it necessary to upgrade our espresso machine. Our curating and production times are streamlined. We’re ready for a busy fall season. Come see us and meet our newest team member!☺️☕️❤️

The cortado may seem small but it packs a caffeine punch!

What is a cortado?
Originating in Spain, the word itself means “equal parts espresso, equal parts steamed milk”. So when you order a cortado, you will receive 2 oz espresso, with 2 oz of steamed milk! It’s for those that love a smooth, balanced sip!

Celebrated another last day for one of our baristas! Allie has been serving you (almost) since we opened back in 2023 and brought a smile to work with her everyday! She has been our social media guru for quite some time now, and are so thankful for all of her hard work!
