We know that ordering a whole brisket isn't always reasonable for most people. It's a lot of food and a lot of expense. How many people would be interested if we sold it in smaller portions? We're thinking 3-5 lb. hunks of meat.

Note: Mike will probably be cooking in the next couple of weeks, so we're getting a preliminary count just to see if there's interest.

Christmas is pretty much here. Who out there in Facebook world would like some delicious Mike Keith BBQ to enjoy with their family and friends? Or just keep it all to yourself if you choose.
