Today was special! I had an opportunity to cater the Nurse's Week celebration at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Flower Mound with a Halal menu:

It was a great experience to share my bbq with their staff, even their CEO was by my side serving on the food line.

One thing I like about this bbq hustle is getting instant gratification when people share their feedback -> "Great man. I've been chomping on your goat and brisket all afternoon". They found me on TikTok as a Halal Caterer and gave me a shot.
