We are so excited that Brewtus Roasting is officially part of the global Fermentation Project with James Hoffmann! We’ve taken one single harvest of Caturra from Guatemala Antigua and split it four ways to show you how fermentation shapes flavor.

You'll get to experience a washed baseline, a wild-fermented version using native microbes, a Lactobacillus-inoculated "Pro" roast for bright acidity, and a yeast-inoculated "Heavy Hitter" with massive body and complexity. We aren't including tasting notes—we want you to explore the coffee with a blank slate and discover the differences for yourself.
