The Lucky Loaf is more than just a bakery to me. It’s a way of sharing the kind of bread I believe should be made… slowly, thoughtfully, and with the very best ingredients.
My sourdough is inspired by old-world baking, where time is just as important as the recipe itself. Nearly all of my ingredients are organic, and whenever fruit is in season, I source it locally from the farmers and orchards in our community. Every loaf is naturally fermented, handcrafted, and baked with the hope that good food brings people together around the table.
People often ask where the name The Lucky Loaf came from. When I was little, one of my favorite things to do was search for four-leaf clovers with my grandma. Those afternoons taught me to slow down, appreciate simple moments, and find joy in the little things. Naming my bakery after those memories felt like the perfect way to honor her and the values she passed on to me.
For me, every loaf carries a little piece of that story. It’s made with patience, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of heart. I hope when you bring one home, it becomes part of your own family’s memories too.
Thank you for supporting my small bakery and allowing me to do what I love. 💚🍀
