Good Friday morning everyone! Next weeks menu is up and ready. We have added a Garden Salad with Grilled Salmon to this weeks menu. Well, we lost our 100 for the first time in almost 3 years. We lost a half of a point because our sanitizer metering system had a clog in it. The problem has already been solved. We continue to have and set the highest sanitation standards and when problems arise, we solve them immediately. Losing a half of a point over 3 years is still impressive for any food service organization. We will take it and return to our 100 on the next one!

Good Tuesday morning! Sorry about the confusion this morning. Meta decided not to post my update from yesterday until this morning. Our truck is on the way and we will be getting ready for tomorrow. All orders for Tuesday were moved to Wednesday production. So, pickups will be Wednesday from 3-6pm. Sorry for any inconvenience. Let me know if you have questions.

Good Monday morning! We hope that everyone is safe and warm. We will be closed today due to icy conditions. We are setting up similar to last week. Tuesday orders have been moved to Wednesday. Performance subscriptions will be moved to Tuesday. We are keeping our fingers crossed that our truck makes it here tomorrow. Thank you all again for your support and understanding.
