Ngon Supper Club Ngon Supper Club Ngon Supper Club came from my love of cooking and cooking for others. I have a dream of one day opening my own restaurant.

This supper club, I hope, will be the first stepping stone to fulfilling my dream. The purpose of this club is to bring my friends together to help me test out my meal ideas and to perfect the recipes. We invite our friends and their friends over for dinner and share recipes. Ngon translated to English from Vietnamese means delicious. I hope that everyone who leaves the supper club each time will

be full and satisfied, leaving saying “Oh man… that’s delicious!”

My all time favorite is German Chocolate cake. Rich & moist layers chocolate cake with creamy coconut-pecan filling between each layer. 😍
