Yesterday I made a little 4 inch 2 layer white almond cake with raspberry filling. Cakes are for celebrating and little gestures of thank you moments between two friends. A few hours after delivering, I got this response from my friend who purchased the cake that she had got from the one I dropped it off to.

I loved not only making this cake but delivering it. My friend’s friend had no idea this cake was meant for her. The sheer surprise on her face said it all for me.

Huge shout out to this fellow baker. I finally got to meet her today and try her stuff. Peeps back home near Elrama…gluten free or not get some of her items when you catch her. The peanut butter overlord is too die for…sorry for my half eaten cookie pic but it was that good that I forgot to take a proper pic before it was gone. 😋😋
