It is with sincere regret that we are considering the sale of Viking Ice. Due to the demands of our full-time work schedules and other life commitments, we are no longer able to dedicate the time and attention required to successfully operate a mobile snow cone stand.

Before listing the business publicly, we wanted to first reach out locally in hopes that someone within our community might be interested in continuing to provide our small town of Ecru with a fun and refreshing summer treat.

📣 Important Update from Viking Ice 📣

After carefully reviewing our weekday traffic, we’ve decided to adjust our hours. Beginning this week, Viking Ice will now be open Thursday-Sunday only. We’ll be closed Monday-Wednesday.

Thursday- 2pm-6pm
Friday- 2pm-6pm
Saturday- 11am-6pm
Sunday- 1pm-7pm

This change allows us to focus on serving you better during our busiest days, making sure every visit is worth it! We appreciate your support and understanding, and we can’t wait to keep serving up your favorite snow cones from Thursday to Sunday. 🍧💙🧡
