Get ready for the 2nd Annual Ham City Fall Fest this Saturday in beautiful Downtown Effingham! Stop by my food tent for lunch, dinner or both! I'll be serving Smoked German pulled pork with your choice of warm German potato salad or chips. I'll also have German Beer Cheese soup and don't forget the Nathan's Hot Dogs with chips for the kids. Cash, Venmo and Card accepted.
There will be all sorts of other activities going on throughout the day, including music, the kids corner, oh and beer of course! Prost!!

I'm thrilled to announce I'm now taking preorders for Snake River Farms Kurobuta pork ribs! I will have just 10 racks available for this exclusive preorder. The pictures included are from the SRF website.

Renowned as the "Wagyu of pork," these exceptional St. Louis style ribs from 100% Berkshire pork are celebrated for their incredible marbling, which results in a flavor that is both rich and sweet, and a texture that's unbelievably juicy. I'm preparing these ribs Memphis-style, a dry rub approach that forgoes sauce during cooking to let the meat's natural, incredible flavor shine through. The ribs are meticulously seasoned with my signature pork rub and then slow-smoked to perfection, making them fall-off-the-bone tender.

Each rack, with a pre-cooked weight of approximately 2 lbs, costs $55 and will feed 2-3 people. I'm hoping to have them ready for the weekend of the 13th. I will include reheating instructions as well.
