Wow, this weekend, Joe and Di are going to be BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! But first, We want to thank the good hard-working people at UPMC McKeesport hospital for making our first visit there a huge success! We completely sold out of what we brought, (and we brought a lot of food) but we actually didn't bring enough food that's how busy it was, and I sincerely apologize for that. The next time we will bring a lot more food... I Promise! Saturday, we will be in North Park for Addie’s GRACE Walk! This is the 2nd year that we've been honored to be a part of such a wonderful fundraising event! Then Sunday we will be at one of our favorite places, Helltown Taproom Houston is having their annual Spring Vendor Market. This market will be both inside and outside in their front parking lot, with more than 20 vendors, music by DJ Clayton, and of course plenty of food from Joe and Di! So, we encourage you to take the drive and stop out and make it a Sunday Funday! The weather is going to be ideal (for a change) so we hope to see you there!

Last week I mentioned that we would be at Advance Auto Parts next to the Boston Bridge this Wednesday (today), but unfortunately, we have to cancel for today, but please make a note that Joe and Di will be at the Advance Auto Parts every Wednesday in June (weather permitting) from 3-7, so plan NOT to cook on Wednesdays and let us cook for you!

Friday, we made our first visit to the BluePearl Pet Hospital off of Camp Horne Road and it did not disappoint! Their entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! We also nearly sold out of everything! The next visit, I will bring more pierogies I promise! Next, we spent the last 3 days at Gallatin Sunnyside field for the EF Youth soccer games! I want to thank all of you for visiting us and a special thanks to Kate and Matt for having us and for making yesterday's hot dogs for the kids very smooth and organized! This evening, we will be back at AHN Jefferson Hospital from 7-10, so if you're not up for cooking in this heat, stop by and let us do the cooking for you. We hope to see you!

We have a very busy week coming up starting this Friday as I pay my first visit to Pearl Vet Hospital off of Camp Horne Road from 11:30-2:00. Next We will be at Gallatin Sunnyside field for the EF youth soccer games. Then I will be at the very same field Sunday for the games, and Monday for their practice. Tuesday, if you're in the area, stop by AHN Jefferson Hospital and pick up dinner or an evening snack. I'll be there from 7-10, and finally on Wednesday, I'll be at the Advance Auto Parts right by the Boston Bridge from 3-7 so plan your dinner menu for that night and stop by. I will also be there every Wednesday in June and possibly beyond! We hope to see you on at least one of these days!

We hope that all you Moms had a very nice day today! I paid another visit to the Gallatin Sunnyside field for EF youth soccer, and What a blast it was watching those kids play and let me tell you that there were definitely some future pro soccer players! I want to thank you all for stopping by and letting me do the cooking for you! I will be there tomorrow as well while the kiddos are practicing so that the parents don't have to just rush home from work and worry about what they're going to have for dinner. I've got that covered! Looking forward to it!

WOW! What a great day and an impressive turnout in the rain for the 1st Plum Street Saturday Morning Market of 2026! It was really nice to see just how many vendors there were, and how many new vendors to this market! It was so nice to see people that we haven't seen in a while, and to make new friends as well! We want to thank all of you that stopped by to see us and for all of the support that our hometown of Elizabeth gives us each and every time! We are really looking for next month's market! Can't wait!

Saturday is fast approaching, for the kickoff of the 2026 Plum Street Saturday Morning Market!
