Sweet n sour for last night. Sauce recipe: 1 cup cane sugar. 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon white paste, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste. Mix very well. Next prepare 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with enough water to dissolve it. After stir fry is done, add and heat to small boil, then add and stir until a little thick. Turn off heat. Done!

Enjoyed this for dinner last night. Teriyaki tofu on fresh sprouted sourdough bread. Toasted in the air fryer with vegan Gouda and then topped with tomato’s from my garden, olives, spring mix, and a pickle. 😍🤓😱

Pro tip: start your pizza dough the night before you make pizza. Then in the morning put your starter (flour, water, yeast, sugar, and salt) in the mix. Work with it several times during the day. You’ll be happy you did!

✅😱🥰🧑‍💻🙋🏼‍♀️Wonderful meal today at in Salmon Arm. Some dear friends took us out to eat there. So glad we discovered this amazing restaurant! Be sure to check it out when you’re in the area. I had the Mexican fiesta bowl and Lisa the Eggs Benny. The entire restaurant is vegan !
