Pappardelle Bolognese.
A fan favorite with a history. This recipe was inspired by Chef in Kansas City, who dug it out from a grandma’s Old World archives.
Our take is slightly nontraditional, depending on who you ask. There is no cream added, just parmesan and a whole lot of butter.
