You can get them in Bogan, Buffalo, Thai, Dilly or Chick-Piz-A sauces. These are whole wings, cooked in the Wood Fired Oven.

We have the Mojo Cubano ready to go! You guys must have been trying to give me time to cook it all. We have been super slow so far, must be the heat :)

What is the Mojo Cubano? We take some pork shoulder, we marinate it in a bunch of spices and different juices for 24 hours, then we slow cook it for around 8 hours! We dice that up. On the pizza we start with a Garlic Mustard that we make from scratch. Add on the cubed pork, some pulled pork, a Mozzarella/Swiss Blend and some pickles. Once it is cooked we drizzle on some more mustard and sprinkle on some red pepper flakes because they are delicious!

Oh my gosh, I am failing you all each day on the Cubano. I promise I will have it ready Thursday, I have time today to cook the pork. Thank you for being patient with me.

We have a ton of pizzas we can cook for you all today though. Detroit's, Wood Fired, Mushroom Caps, Gluten Frees. We should also have Chicken Wings back in stock this weekend. We are aiming for Friday!

I totally messed up posting the contest yesterday. I had gone through the entire posting process thinking I was done, way later I noticed there had not been many notifications so I checked. I had left it prompting me for one last question! Doh!

Today we have some Cookies-N-Cream and AK Blueberry popsicles on hand, we have a ton of Wood Fired Pizza, a bunch of 6x6 and 10x14 Detroit's, Gluten Free pizzas and Mushroom Caps. Basically, we can feed you so many different things if you are hungry :)

There is a delay in the new special, Randy dropped the ball on something and hopefully it will be done today.

Only 22 Chupacabra's left in stock. You guys ate 24 of them yesterday! I know you love this one.

We had a guy from Utah say that if pizza doesn't work out, we could easily sell tacos, but then we had a lady say they would never try Pizza store Birria so everyone likes to keep us on our toes lol. Personally. The biggest compliment in my mind was when my friend from Arizona told me it smelled like her moms kitchen and brought back good memories.

That is what it is all about for me. Bringing happy memories, human connection and shared experiences to people with our food. We do not always succeed but we will always try our best!

I am starting to marinate pork butt today for the Cubano, hope you guys are ready for it :) We have not made this one in over 2 years, have to dig out the recipes!

Today and tomorrow are the last days of the Chupacabra! If you did not try one, you might want to get in. We have enough for 42 more and then bye bye for a year! I wouldn't sleep on it, it is a tasty pizza :)

We are panning Detroit dough this morning so sadly it will not be ready until tomorrow. Sorry, our timing was off.

Thursday came up quick this week!

Does everyone have some fun plans for the weekend?

We have wood fired pizzas, gluten free as well.

We are making more Detroit's today and ordered more mushroom caps but neither of those will be available until tomorrow afternoon :)

If you see me cruising town in the Firetruck, know I am having fun even if I am not smiling :) I turned our 8 year old into a cruising ju**ie lol. He wants to drive around 2 or 3 times a day now. He controls the music so if you see us rocking out to Jack Blacks "Peaches Peaches Peaches" don't judge. You only live once ;)

The last day of school. Who is ready for summer break!?! I love it because I get to sleep in 30 minutes, but our kids just get up earlier than school to watch cartoons lol.

I do love the skies more though. The Aurora are amazing, but I love a good Sunrise/Sunset.
