Some of my earliest food memories are tied to salsa. Growing up, there was always a bowl on the table — smoky, spicy, fresh, roasted, chunky, smooth… every version told a different story. 🌶️
Now years later, getting to create my own variations at Zpalm Kitchen is still one of my favorite parts of cooking. From fire-roasted ingredients to balancing heat, acid, smoke, and sweetness — a good salsa can completely change a meal.
This one’s made with real technique, real ingredients, and a whole lot of love for the craft. 🤝
