Fishkill NY - It is with a heavy heart that we are selling our food truck, which is ready to launch once permits are secured. The vehicle is a 1998 24 ft, Chevy P-30, powered by a 6.5 Diesel Engine. Key features include an 8 compartment Bay Marie, fridge, freezer, 48 inch grill, double basket fryer, suppression system, roof mount exhaust, 4 sink, and hot water heater. Furthermore, two generators are available for $600 each. We welcome serious inquiries and are open to reasonable negotiation. The asking price is $45,000. Thank you to everyone who keeps checking in on how my mom is doing throughout her fight. She just had her 5th chemo this past Tuesday and has 1 more to go… she has not been feeling good with this last one but she is getting rest . I will be contacting the doctors office tomorrow. So most likely she will need to be seen.

I have also had questions about returning to venues with the food truck. Our anticipation was to take 2025 off and return back 2026 but unfortunately family needs to come 1st. It would be to much on our plates to juggle the food truck at this point with the hand that our family was dealt. We will keep the page active and will post the updates here on how my mom is doing vs. answering individually. There has been a number of messages asking about my mother (Helen) on how she has been. The update is she is keeping her spirits up and started aggressive treatment and is doing the best that she can. She would like to thank everyone for all the well wishes, support and prayers. We ask everyone to keep prayers going because this is going to be a long road for all of us…

The other question was about Yum Yum Hot Spot. Our plans were with an anticipation that we were going to return back for next season… we still are planning to do this but depending on mom’s progress unfortunately our family is going through a tough health crisis and we need to focus on that at this time first…

This is a very hard decision for Yum Yum Hot Spot to make for the upcoming season 2025. We are making a decision to temporarily close due to a family medical emergency. We anticipate a re-open in 2026 and will update… please keep us in your prayers and thoughts. Thank you to everyone for the understanding and support.

Yum Yum Hot Spot has been forced to cancel our scheduled appearance at Big Dog Brewery this weekend due to extreme weather conditions and heat index. The temperature inside the truck was over 100 degrees at 11:00 AM, making it unhealthy and unsafe for us to operate
