Long time, no see! I am grateful to my loyal customers who have remained with me through the summer's silence. I have now recovered from hand surgery and am waiting on one more surprise before I can get back to creating for you. Only about two weeks left to go!

In the meantime, I have started working on the website. I have started to put together a community recipe page. Check out the cover page at https://atwistinthyme.com/recipes. I will be adding more information throughout each week.

Pictured is a delicious salad that I made this week. It includes Cosmic Crisp apples, pomegranates, spinach, candied pecans, and monterey jack cheese (this is also good with goat cheese). It is also dribbled with an apple cider vinegar dressing.

Thank you to all of my loyal followers! I am taking a short pause right now on orders as I recover from a planned procedure on my hand.

However, during this time I am letting my creative juices flow with new ideas for baked goods, seasonings, and more.

I can't rave enough about Sourdough and Sweets. (https://www.facebook.com/share/1FgnD3pVbA/) I was lucky enough to get my hands a loaf on their Italian Herb and Parmesan loaf before they sold out at The Big Fat Country Market yesterday.

I was told that her daughter had made chicken parmesan sandwiches with it and started drooling. Pictured is my take on chicken parmesan. Chicken cutlets seasoned with our Olive & Vine seasoning topped with fresh sautéed tomatoes, garlic, and basil. And of course, you have to have some fresh mozzarella!
