I’m honored to continue collaborations with Leap Yoga as it’s a beautiful community and have wonderful teachers! It’s a spiritual home for me! I come here to experience the beauty of what yoga teaches us.. to show up for ourselves to better show up for others too, to connect deeply with intention, honoring ourselves where we are, to learn , to grow, to move our bodies with meaning, breathe with our movement to become lost in the moment or also known as being present.. all of this to carry out into our lives beyond our mat!

We CAN Do Hard Things!

Well did my cleaning on grinder, made a mistake by not testing out the grinder before going out to the event and trusted I did it right to fine tune on event. Don’t do that lol! Luck fully I’ve troubleshot similar issue of grinder in past after previous cleanings so was able to fix my grinder on the spot as I keep tools on my cart. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to serve espresso! But…

I told myself I can do this, I’ll figure it out, and didn’t give up. Always test your grinder with your espresso machine after cleaning don’t skip steps! Every mistake is a valuable learning lesson of what to do and not to do. Woof! 🐶 🤪😂

Tips:
☕️keep tools on cart
☕️stay calm don’t give up
☕️do regular maintenance/cleanings too which I do
☕️ THIS ONE i typically have done but thought I was fine: test everything after cleaning/maintenance all the way through no skipping steps so you’re ready to roll on event with only minor adjustments

I’m proud that I’m stubborn, I don’t give up, I’m motivated and determined, that I believe in myself, I keep trying, stay positive with affirmations that I’ll figure things out, we can do hard things, and we manifest the energy we put out there.

I honor and appreciate you ! I loved making a drink for you Off the menu where I listened to what you can have and not have ,.. starting to think of creative things to make for you 🫶🏼✨💕🤌🏼! Thank you for staying to chat loved hearing about other bike parks too ! My son will definitely visit those too but will be at Folsoms alot more now he loves it! He liked the skate park too!

These are the moments that make my dream side hustle special 🥹✨🫶🏼! Owning your own business has its hurdles and hardships like I did yesterday morning right before the event (had some malfunctions of my grinder had to take apart several times to fix it took 45 min good thing I got setup early 🤪) ….it’s in these softer fun creative moments with community brining us together that brings joy! And is one of the reasons I love my dream is the people and giving back with what I do!

🤩🚴‍♂️🙌GRAND Re-Opening ~ Folsom Bike Park

Today was Beautiful! Thank you Deborah for allowing me to support 🫶🏼✨💕🙏 community event! It was special! I appreciate and am grateful for all that built the park, volunteered, helped, supported, advocated for a place in Folsom that allows passion to be expressed! Love all the cycling community in all the ways you can enjoy cycling!
Seeing families, youth, adults loving the park opening! Kids expressing their anticipation and enthusiasm! My son included 🥹✨. Moving to say the least!
As I reflect upon the day, I am so grateful we have a dedicated City of Folsom Mayor Justin Raithel - Folsom City Council! I enjoyed our conversation hearing about Folsom’s efforts and amazing trails/parks that are a priority for our community! Our family LOVES the Folsoms trails! Among other great things that City of Folsom stands for with sustainability, planting trees and more!

A special thank you to Aqeel and Bodhi! You guys are Awesome! Ever since I gave you guys free cookies when I had left overs , you have come back to say hi and support me! I appreciate you guys! I was overjoyed of your loyal kind support for me and Soul Spark Coffee! 🥹✨🤗! Every time I see you guys , I’m happy!

As a reminder, not everything goes well or is easy to accomplish! I encountered issues with my grinder took 45 min to troubleshoot ! Didn’t give up, believed I will make it work out and IT DID! We are thrilled to officially announce the Grand Reopening of the Folsom Bike Park on Saturday, May 16th! This isn't just a fresh coat of dirt—our professional builders Randy Spangler & Greg Watts have completely transformed the park. Every jump, berm, and roller has been expert-engineered for maximum flow, progression, and safety. From "groms" on balance bikes to riders hitting the pro lines, this park was built to help you level up.

Grand Reopening Details:
