We’ve been working on a little something and our lunches are getting an upgrade. Tonight we had our sandwich taste testing. We’ll have a rotating menu of artisanal grilled sandwiches and chips.

Starting next week we’ll have:
🍑Hot Honey Peach - fresh peach, tomato, mozzarella, basil and drizzle of hot honey
🥪The Italian - Ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese, arugula and seasoning
🥗 The Caesar - Chicken, Caesar salad mix on Parmesan crusted bread

We have lots of new followers here, if you weren’t following in the fall you probably haven’t seen the OG trailer. 🍋Last summer we transformed our first trailer and today we had it inspected for the 2026 season! We’ll have both trailers out and about all season long. Now let’s get rid of this cold weather and bring on warmth and sunshine! ☀️

We are a couple days late posting but thank you to the Elmwood community for coming out to the art show on Sunday and stopping by the trailer. The hot day gave our trailer a couple issues and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked through them and got things running again. 🥵
