For years, J & G CateringTruck & Catering has had one simple mission: to share the authentic flavors of the Middle East with our community. What started as a food truck and catering business has grown thanks to every customer who stopped by our truck, invited us to cater a special celebration, or gathered around our food with family and friends.
Today, we are excited to begin a new chapter.
J & G is opening its first brick and mortar restaurant and becoming MAHA Mediterranean Cuisine.
While our name is changing, our passion remains the same. You will still enjoy the fresh, authentic recipes you've come to love, prepared daily with quality ingredients, traditional spices, and the same care that has always been at the heart of our kitchen.
The name MAHA Mediterranean Cuisine was chosen to honor the woman behind the story. Maha is the heart and soul of this business. Her passion has always been bringing people together through food that makes them feel welcome, comforted, and at home. Every recipe reflects the rich traditions of the Middle East, passed down through generations and prepared with love, authenticity, and pride. Naming the restaurant after Maha is a tribute to her dedication, her heritage, and the joy she finds in sharing her family's recipes with the community.
Our slogan, "Authentic Roots," is more than just words. It is our promise to stay true to the recipes, flavors, and hospitality that define our culture. Every meal we prepare is rooted in tradition while creating new memories for the families and friends who gather around our table.
From our family to yours, thank you for believing in us and supporting this incredible journey. Because of you, we have grown from a food truck into a place we can finally call home. We are excited to welcome you to MAHA Mediterranean Cuisine in Mount Airy this fall. Don't worry, our food truck will still be out serving the community at festivals, events, and celebrations, so you can continue enjoying your favorites wherever you find us.
