Happy Gotcha Day, Lovey!!!

One year ago today, this giant angel came into our lives.

It started as a foster situation to help out after the Kerr County floods on the Fourth of July, 2025. It ended with an addition to our family that brings us endless joy. She is goofy and cuddly and still getting over her trauma but every day with her results in belly laughs and belly rubs.

Lovey has been the star of many social media posts for Fredericksburg Coffee Co and in January of this year she became the star of Lovey's Blend. This medium roasted coffee blend is a fundraiser for the Trudy Brune Hill Country Animal Rescue along with a private label, dark roasted coffee called Shooting for the Stars. Every bag sold on our website contributes to the organization that saved our Lovey Dove and countless other sweet souls needing a second chance.
