🔥🌶️SPECIAL!! ITS BAAACK!! The JALAPENO POPPER SMASH WITH TOMATO BACON JAM!!🥓

🌟We did this smash special a month or so ago and have gotten several requests to bring it back… Its almost exactly the same with the homemade melty popper mix , except this time with a sweet and savory tomato bacon jam all atop our fresh ground brisket smashburgers! 🍅🥓

👋 Hello Pickle People,

🍳WE HAVE BEEN IN THE FRYING PAN! As the summer starts to kick off. It’s been heating up more and more in the food truck these last few weekends. Josh and I decided, in order to continue to stay open for the summer, we would have to get a new roof mounted
❄️ A/C ❄️unit installed. They were able to install it for us this week!! YAY 😀 but, Due to Mondays delay in parts, we were not able to do our usual prep to be open for this weekend.

WOWZERS FULTON!! Thank you all so much for coming down to the SMOKIN PICKLE this weekend!
We have SOLD OUT OF EVERYTHING FOR THE WEEKEND.
We hope everyone has a safe and happy MEMORIAL DAY💚 BIG LOVE PICKLE FAM.

‼️This weekend it was extremely HOT IN THE FOODTRUCK WITH OUR NEW BIG FLAT TOP. We are having a new A/C unit put in this Tuesday. It will cut into our weekly prep. It is possible we will have to close next friday and open on Saturday and Sunday only.
