🥒☀️ HELLO PICKLE PEOPLE☀️🥒
Well friends even after the new A/C unit was installed it has still been so hot 🥵 in the food truck.
🤔We were faced with a difficult decision… either to close for the rest of the summer or figure something else out.
And…….
We have decided to keep doing the Smash burgers and Hot Pastrami sandwiches throughout the summer, but we are going to change our hours again

😳This Saturday is the last day we will be serving smash burgers and hot pastrami sandwiches until September.

We will be Closing next week and working on something new and different to bring you all for the rest of this hot hot summer…

#3 🌿🍅 FRIED GREEN TOMATO “CAPRESE” sliders 💚🌿
Fried green tomato, fresh mozzarella, fresh pickled yellow and red tomato slices and homemade pesto mayo. ( these baby’s are Highly requested and seasonal)

Also… we will be able to make B.L.T. Grilled cheeses throughout the summer , since we are now able to get local fresh and juicy tomatoes. 😋 🍅

☀️🌞🕰️ This time of year is my absolute favorite because we get all the local fresh grown produce to use in our recipes!!
Garden herbs (parsley, dill, green onions, basil, thyme and more!
Garden Vegetables (cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and peppers)
It might be more labor intensive, but it sure is worth it and we hope you can taste it!! 💚🍅🌿🫑🧅🧄
