Flew in yesterday morning and went straight back to my students and pie co planning for the rest of the year! I am amazed...not even an hour in almost sold out by pre-order for Thanksgiving, just a few pumpkin pies left. I will post if I have extras of course when the time comes! Thank you all so much!

It's happening! I am taking Thanksgiving Pie Orders tonight starting at 8pm until 12pm Friday or until all the pies sell out on my hotplate website! Pick up 11/24 & 11/25 1-3pm

Menu:

•Brown Butter Pecan (with optional additions of bourbon and chocolate)

•Pumpkin Pie topped with whipped cream, candied pepitas, and cinnamon (with option to make it plain)

•Pumpkin Praline, debuted 2 years ago, my classic pumpkin pie with a caramelized sweet praline topping and finished with flakey sea salt.

•Apple Pie, my award winning recipe complete with a vanilla bean butter crumble.

•Cherry Almond Lattice Pie, my classic cherry filling in a double crust with a lattice design topped with sugar crystals and toasted almonds (option to get without nuts).
