Private family friendly cottage on 440 acre Crystal Lake. Fantastic family vacation spot suitable for all types of water sports including Bass and Trout fishing, sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. Beautiful view of the lake and lower Belnap Mt. range. Sandy bottom swim area perfect for young children and deep water raft for diving. 200 ft lake frontage with two docks and boat mooring. Use of a canoe, two kayaks or a sunfish sailboat. Easy access to miles of public trails for hiking and biking with beautiful view of the Lakes Region. Minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee and wonderful restaurants, Loudon Speedway, Weirs beach, Gunstock Mt., water parks, live theater and outlet shopping.

Beach
The waterfront has a very small pebble beach area with lots of sandy bottom swim area.
Mountain
The cottage looks out over the lake toward the Belknap Mountain range and backs up to Cogwell Mountain and Perkins Hill. Within the town there are several hiking trails with expansive views.

At the end of your vacation all trash and food shall be removed and placed in the provided trash receptacles.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this cottage on crystal lake. The owners were super nice people and we loved being able to walk out the door to the lake and use the kayaks and canoe. Lots of great hikes nearby with amazing views. The lake is beautiful, clean and so quiet and peaceful. Our kids said it was the best vacation ever!

We were looking for a quaint cottage on a quiet lake. Jean and Marty's cottage fit the bill perfectly. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch with a view of the lake. We had our own dock that made launching our kayaks easy. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at the end of the day listening to the loons. Jean and Marty are terrific people and great hosts. They answered all our questions, made suggestions for things to do in the area and were very helpful with directions. We had a great week and look forward to doing it again.

Lovely little cottage. Lake water was clear and WARM. Nice dock and swim raft. Jean and Marty are lovely hosts.

We had a fantastic time at this little gem. There were 5 of us in the cabin and while it was cozy, we found that the space was adequate. Gene and Marty were fantastic hosts. The lake was beautiful and relatively quite which isn't necessarily the rule on other neighboring lakes. My sons had fun catching panfish right off the dock and swimming out to the dock performing cannonball after cannonball. We look forward to coming back again.
