We had the pleasure of serving breakfast to over 100 bus drivers and volunteers this morning for the 55th Annual Kansas State Pupil Transportation Association (KSPTA) Safe Driving Competition, a Bus Roadeo! hosted by Goddard Public Schools at Goddard High School. Build your own breakfast sandwich with homemade breads. Sausage gravy and biscuits, Home fried potatoes, cinnamon rolls and fruit!

My husband says I cook for everyone else and never just for him! Tonight was his night and we tried a new recipe, Cowboy Stirfry. Steak, shrimp, potatoes, cabbage, onion, hot links, mushrooms and fresh corn on the cast iron. He declared it "adequate" and ate a second helping!
